Eastbourne Borough Council and Wealden Ditsrict Council jointly commissioned Three Dragons Consultants to undertake a Financial Viability of Affordable Housing Assessment.
The assessement looks at the financial impacts and viability of varying affordable housing requirements across the Borough, providing a policy steer on the most appropriate approach to achieve affordable housing in the local area.
