Baker Associates were commisioned to carry out a review of the deliverability of potential residential and employment sites to inform the Council's Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment (SHLAA). The report forms an important evidence document for the Core Strategy, outling the financial viability of developments in the short, medium and long term.
The Council signed off the Final Report in July 2010. This is available to download below.
