Eastbourne Borough Council and Wealden District Council jointly commissioned DTZ consultants to undertake a Strategic Housing Market Assessment of the Eastbourne and South Wealden Housing Market Area.
The study provides evidence regarding the structure of the housing market across Eastbourne and the southern area of Wealden along with analysis of housing need, demand and supply in order to plan for the future.
The Final Report was adopted in April 2009. The report along with a number of working papers are available to download below.
