The Eastbourne Borough Plan (2001-2011) is the key planning policy used to inform planning decisions in Eastbourne.
The plan comprises a written document and accompanying maps. It was adopted by the council on 17 September 2003.
On the 25 September 2007 the Secretary of State confirmed the 'saved policies', which were carried forward from 27 September 2007. They will remain as local policies until they are replaced by new policies in the Local Development Framework.
You can download an addendum to the Borough Plan below which lists the policies that have been saved and those that have been deleted.
