The Annual Monitoring Report is a document which is produced every year and reports on issues such as:

- It forms part of the Local Development Framework for Eastbourne. Local indicators also pick up on statistics that are of local importance.
We submit the Annual Monitoring Report to the Government Office for the South East at the end of each calendar year.
We also report on specific types of development, such as residential development and tourism accommodation development.
