The Local Development Framework (LDF) is the new development plan for Eastbourne. We are preparing the plan following reforms to the planning system introduced by the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
The LDF is a collection of planning documents that will eventually take over from the current Borough Plan. The key parts of the LDF are:

The Local Development Scheme (LDS)
The Core Strategy
Statement of Community Involvement (SCI)
The Annual Monitoring Report (AMR)
