Eastbourne Borough Council has prepared a Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) for Sovereign Harbour, which was adopted by Full Council on 20 February, 2013.
The SPD provides detailed guidance on the implementation of Policy C14 of the Eastbourne Plan: Core Strategy. It provides guidance on the uses considered to be appropriate for each of the remaining development sites, including details of the size, scale and form of development and the specific community benefits to be delivered.
