The Eastbourne Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) was adopted by Full Council on 20 February, 2013. It will play an important role in conserving and enhancing Eastbourne Park, whilst at the same time sensitively managing the area for appropriate leisure and recreation uses.
The SPD will be used in the determination of planning applications.
