The Examination in Public of the Eastbourne Plan- Core Strategy concluded on 17 May 2012. On the advice of the Inspector, the Council is now publishing a list of Proposed Main Modifications to the Core Strategy.
Representation Period
The six week consultation period commenced on 22 June and ran until 3 August 2012.
During the six week period, stakeholders and the community were invited to make formal representations on the Proposed Main Modifications and the Addendum to the Sustainability Appraisal, based on matters of soundness, which will now be considered by the Planning Inspector.
