We have commissioned The Ash Partnership (UK) Ltd to undertake an assessment of biodiversity across the borough. This brings together ecological and geological information to provide a comprehensive overview of the natural environment of Eastbourne.
The report gives us the evidence that we are required to collect under Planning Policy Statement 9 (PPS9): Biodiversity and Geological Conservation. This information will help us to plan effectively for biodiversity and geodiversity within the Local Development Framework.
