Flood Risk Assesments

Important Change from 1st January 2007:

Flood Risk Assessments are required to accompany the majority of applications for planning permission within flood zones that have been identified by the Environment Agency.  You can download details of these requirements below. 

 

A pro-forma Flood Risk Assessment is available in Annex C of the Planning Policy Statement 25 Companion Guide, which you can download from the Communities and Local Government (CLG) website.
