Following a search, there are separate charges for provision of further information or to copy certain documents. Details will be provided on your search.

Please make cheques payable to Eastbourne Borough Council. Address the envelope clearly to Local Land Charges to avoid delays (or Environmental Health for direct enquiries including contaminated land). Client's cheques are accepted provided they are guaranteed by the solicitor.
