All publicly owned trees are regularly inspected and any works necessary in the interest of safety, good arboricultural practice or to reduce a nuisance will be specified.
Our tree works are prioritised within our Tree management program and existing budgets.
All scheduled works consider the latest industry research and tested field practices. They also conform to BS 3998 'British recommendations for Tree Works'.

All calls are investigated by a member of our team and action will be taken on Council owned trees where appropriate. There will be occasions where best practice and wider environmental considerations make pruning or removal unjustified. A full explanation of our decision is always given.
