Eastbourne has local Dog Control Orders to promote responsible dog ownership, covering cleaning up dog mess, holding dogs on leads and areas where dogs are banned.
The Dog Control Orders in Eastbourne came into effect from Monday 14 April 2008, replacing previous local byelaws.
