Trains to and from London Victoria are frequent and take just 90 minutes.

There are frequent services linking Eastbourne with Brighton, Lewes and Hastings and an hourly service linking Eastbourne with Ashford International and Eurostar services.

Trains from the North, the Midlands and the East can link to Eastbourne services, avoiding London, by changing at Gatwick or Haywards Heath.

Once in Eastbourne, trains are frequent between the town centre and Hampden Park.
