Eastbourne Extreme blends inline and artistic skating with waterborne activities, bringing a rush of adrenaline to the south coast.
Extreme runs for two days during July at the eastern end of Eastbourne’s five mile seafront and welcomes around 30,000 visitors, with something to keep everyone amused.
Highlights
You can watch inline hockey tournaments, skate demos and competitions, BMX demonstrations, and the Animal Relentless Bike Tour.
On the water the UK Windsurfing Association bring top UK windsurfers to compete in their slalom and freewave events plus the new ION Man Contest, while visitors can have a go at windsurfing, sailing or powerboating themselves with Spray Watersports experts on hand ready to give advice.
Live bands battle it out on the Eastbourne Extreme Band Stage and families can really join in the festival atmosphere with fairground rides to keep the kids amused, and shopping stalls too.
