RSS Feeds

RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication. It allows information from participating organisations to be displayed on other websites via an RSS feed. The other websites must have News Reader software for this to work.

Eastbourne Borough Council's website has a News Reader and we are adding RSS feeds throughout the site.

Advantages of RSS Feeds

RSS feeds offer an easy way to keep up with the latest information, news and publications from other organisations' websites throughout the day. They automatically update as those websites' contents change.
