Motown Tribute Act makes Eastbourne Bandstand the Life and Soul of the Party

13 June, 2012

Eastbourne’s iconic 1930s Bandstand will welcome a magnificent Motown Tribute Act this Friday 15 June. Fans can come along and see a fantastic tribute to the Four Tops, Drifters and Temptations.

‘The Brothers of Soul’ are made up of four very talented (and handsome!) male vocalists who all hail from the West Midlands and sound as good as they look!

Their individual vocal styles and intricate harmonies combine to deliver a contemporary feel on the Motown classics performed by artists such as: The Temptations, The Drifters, The Four Tops, The Isley Brothers, Stevie Wonder and many others all guaranteed to have the audience on their feet.

Eastbourne Borough Council Cabinet Member for Tourism, Cllr Neil Stanley said “This is a great evening and a must for all fans of Motown. The line up looks great for the whole summer, from the Beatles to Michael Bublé tribute acts and this night is sure to have everybody singing and dancing!”

The band members have been singing in clubs and concert events for a number of years and one of them even gained a finalist position on the TV show ‘Stars in Their Eyes’ where he performed a superb rendition of Billy Ocean’s Love Really Hurts Without You.

As expected this show will cover all the mega hits during the evening for fans to look forward to. Combine that line up with slick choreographed dance moves and you are in for a great night. Once you've seen and heard The Brothers, you'll want to see and hear them again!
