Fun craft and play activities will run for four weeks from the last Saturday in November at two indoor locations in Eastbourne. The play sessions which must be booked are for children 5 years and above.
The sessions will run in the mornings from 9am to 12noon at the new Regency Park Community Centre and then in the afternoons from 1pm to 4pm at Willingdon Trees Community Centre.
Eastbourne Borough Council Cabinet Member for Tourism Councillor Neil Stanley says, “It is important that all year round children are able to play and interact with others of a similar age, and just because it gets cold there is no reason the play must stop. If your youngsters have never been to a play ranger session then maybe this would be an ideal opportunity to try one.”
Sessions will cost £4 each per child and children can be left and picked up at the end of the session. The youngsters will have games to play and seasonal craft activities to keep them busy.
