Message from Sovereign Harbour Trust:
The Boards of Sovereign Harbour Trust and Sovereign Harbour (Sea Defences) CIC invite expressions of interest from applicants for appointment of up to 3 people to their Boards.
The Trust and its subsidiary have responsibility for collection and distribution of rent charges secured on residential properties at Sovereign Harbour. Board members are expected to attend up to five meetings per annum, and to be available by email or telephone between meetings for consultation on issues arising. They must also take responsibility as Chair on a rotational basis. Any appointment will be for a maximum of three years (subject to re-election). Board members are not currently remunerated.
Successful candidates will be selected from those who:

Are property owners or otherwise have an interest in SovereignHarbour

Have experience which will add to the skills set of the Board (for example experience of flood defence prevention, local government or marine environment matters).
