Further to the announcement that Eastbourne Borough Council must start a new procurement competition to appoint a Development Partner to redevelop the town centre, Eastbourne Borough Council is pleased to announce that a Public Information Notice (PIN) has been published.
The PIN is an advertisement in the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU) advising potential developers that the Eastbourne Town Centre Regeneration Scheme will be formally advertised in April 2008. A marketing pack for developers will be available at that time.
The PIN ensures that interested developers have as much time as possible to prepare for participation.
The Leader of the Council, David Tutt said ‘The Steering group have worked hard over the past few months to prepare the procurement pack and associated documentation, and it is great that we are moving forward on time and as planned. The Eastbourne Town Centre Regeneration Scheme continues to be a key priority for the Council and remains a cross party ambition.’
