The Hart Pub is the venue for an informal meeting of the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) community to discuss whether they would be interested in being part of an involvement group representing their community to Eastbourne Borough Council.
The meeting is being held at 6.30pm on 30 July and is open to any member of the LGBT community who would like to have a voice in the local community. There is no need to book, just turn up and take part.
Eastbourne Borough Council Special Projects Spokesperson, Troy Tester, says “This is a first for Eastbourne and is a chance for the LGBT community to put their views to the Council. I will be attending the meeting and look forward to an interesting and informative discussion.”
This will be a very informal meeting in a relaxed atmosphere and it is hoped that as many members of LGBT community as possible will feel able to contribute to this important initiative.
