Eastbourne Borough Council is pleased to announce that the exciting Eastbourne Town Centre Regeneration Scheme has been published in the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU).
This means that the Council is now seeking a development partner to develop the high quality, mixed use scheme which will significantly enhance the town.
Interested developers are encouraged to contact the Council for a Marketing Pack and a pre qualifying questionnaire. The deadline for submitting an expression of interest is 16 May 2008.

The Leader of the Council, David Tutt said, ‘The interest already generated from the Public Information Notice (PIN) has been encouraging and more is to be expected when the regeneration opportunity is to be advertised in the national economy magazine, Estates Gazette. The Eastbourne Town Centre Regeneration Scheme continues to be a key priority for the Council and remains a cross party ambition.’
