Eastbourne seafront is set for a magnificent line up as the South Coast’s biggest FREE motoring spectacular rolls back into town over the May Bank Holiday weekend.
Running on Saturday 5 and Sunday 6 May, Magnificent Motors is set to return with over 500 vintage vehicles from classic cars and motorbikes to vintage buses and traction engines. Visitors can look forward to an array ranging back from turn of the century motoring to ‘Life on Mars’ style 1970’s Ford Cortina’s.
Eastbourne Borough Council Spokesperson for Tourism, Councillor David Elkin said “This is a fantastic event, whether you’re looking to admire some classic cars or show off your own classic car to the 25,000 strong visitors who attend the show. All on Eastbourne’s beautiful seafront with children’s attractions, seafront cavalcades, historic bus trips, music and even a French Market, it’s a great day out for all the family.”
Organisers expect to repeat last year’s exciting line up which included an anniversary reunion of Austin 7’s, a 2002 Sebring and a 1899 Parisienne Voiturette.
New for this year, visitors can enjoy a vintage vehicle cavalcade along the seafront on both days and new Autojumble pitches for keen motoring enthusiasts to sell or pick up spares for their classic motors.
