With its secluded location, Helen Gardens is a hidden gem on Eastbourne’s seafront. But it’s hard to ignore the wide range of attractions it offers which make it a great place to both relax and have fun.
Visitors can sit back and enjoy the beautifully laid-out rose garden and glorious sea views provided by its cliff-top location. There are also games galore with an 18-hole putting course, bowling, petanque and a children’s play area. And there’s money off all games on presentation of this cutting.
Eastbourne Borough Council Cabinet Member for Economy, Tourism & Environment, Councillor Steve Wallis said “Helen Gardens has got something for everyone. It’s also one of the few places where people can enjoy petanque, the French game of bowls.”
Visitors can get 50p off per person per game on presentation of this cutting. Normal prices are as follows:
18-hole putting course £2.30 Adult, £1.65 Child
Bowling £3.45 for one hour, £5.35 for a three hour session
Petanque £1.85 Adult, £1.50 Child
Helen Gardens is situated in the Meads area on the western end of the seafront.
