The Worshipful the Mayor of Eastbourne, Councillor Mary Pooley, has invited all Councillors, Past Mayors and other Civic Leaders to join her at St Joachim Catholic Church, 106 Brodrick Road, on Sunday 22nd July for a special Civic Service; the Mayor has been a practicing Catholic for all of her life.
Councillor Mrs Pooley says, “It would be lovely to see many residents from across the town attending this Service, whether you are a regular churchgoer or can only attend significant dates in the church calendar, I would love to see you there.”
The service starts at 9.30am prompt and people are asked to arrive by 9.15.
