Shirley Bassey Brings Dramatic Finale to Eastbourne Bandstand’s Tribute Season
Top UK tribute act Surely Bassey is calling all "Big Spenders" to Eastbourne’s Bandstand on Friday 7th September for the show-stopping finale of its summer tribute season.
Experience the dresses and the drama of the legendary songstress with all the classic songs, from the midas touch of famous 007 themes to modern favourites with a little bit of "History Repeating."
Eastbourne Borough Council Cabinet Member for Economy, Tourism & Environment, Councillor Steve Wallis said "This is fitting finale to what has been an outstanding tribute season at our unique Bandstand venue, with sell-out audiences for many shows. But don’t forget, other concerts continue until the end of September so there’s still plenty to look forward to."
This week’s busy programme kicks off on Saturday (1st) with an Afternoon on Broadway with the Seaford Silver Band, followed by Rock N Roll Night, while Sunday sees two performances from the Hampshire Police Band. Wednesday welcomes Lewes, Glynde & Beddingham Brass 1812 Firework Concert and Thursday (6th) is Big Band Sound with the Johnny Spice Swing Orchestra.
Tickets are available at the door. Alternatively advance tickets for Tribute nights can be purchased from the Tourist Information Centre or by calling the Box Office on 01323 412000 (concessions available).
