Tom-tastic will be playing tribute to the original ‘Sexbomb’ with some of his biggest hits over the last four decades such as ‘What’s New Pussycat?’, ‘It’s Not Unusual’ and the more recent Art of Noise pop collaboration ‘Kiss’.
Eastbourne Borough Council Spokesperson for Tourism, Councillor David Elkin said “The tribute nights have been a huge success already with some more great tributes to come. Watch out for The Eagles, The Shadows, Westlife and the return of the sell out Airbourne tribute to Swedish songsters Abba”.
Also coming up over the next week, The Hellcats will be making their Bandstand debut rocking the seafront this Saturday for Rock n Roll night, and on Sunday the ever popular Lancing Brass of the Royal British Legion will be bring the weekend to a stirring finish with the ever popular Sunday Night on the Proms.
Eastbourne Gilbert & Sullivan Society once again pay tribute to the popular opera musicians on Monday, and fans are advised to book early for Wealden Brass who will be recreating a rousing rendition of Wednesday’s 1812 fireworks night.
Woking High School make a popular return with their High Society Big Band for Thursday’s Big Band night. Their third year at the Bandstand and a wide age span amongst band members brings a superb selection of tracks suitable for all of the family.
Doors to all concerts open at 7pm, with shows commencing at 8pm.
