The Princes Hotel has been taken over by Kerala Groups of Restaurants. It has undergone a complete refurbishment and will be opening Eastbourne’s first South Indian restaurant, “Signature”, on Sunday 26th February at 12.30p.m. The Worshipful the Mayor of Eastbourne, Councillor Graham Marsden, will be officially opening the hotel and Nigel Waterson MP, will be opening the new “Signature” restaurant for a South Indian lunch. Musical entertainment will be provided by Joe Cotton.

The Princes Hotel offers en-suite luxury bathrooms with all rooms, including family rooms. It has a large function room with a well stocked bar which serves some unusual cocktails and boasts a separate piano lounge.
