Recognising the huge interest in Eastbourne as a growing inward investment location, the council in conjunction with the Eastbourne & District Chamber of Commerce Ltd is producing the first Eastbourne Business Handbook.
Eastbourne Borough Council Cabinet Spokesperson for Environment, Tourism and Economy Councillor David Elkin says, "This is an excellent opportunity to get in on the ground in what is going to be a truly professionally produced working tool. It is imperative that all businesses get involved."
The highly professional and colourful free handbook will be an essential guide for those looking to relocate to or set up in Eastbourne as well for the existing businesses in the Borough. The publication will include an Eastbourne business directory in a CD-Rom read only format.
To ensure that the highest standards are maintained, the Economic Development unit is working in partnership with Burrows Communications Limited, and would like to advise the business community that they will be contacted by the publishers in September asking if you they to be listed on the CD-Rom for free. We are keen to ensure that the content is as comprehensive as possible to ensure its success.
The publication will be widely circulated and is a useful tool to develop local trading links.
