If you are moving into Eastbourne, out of Eastbourne or within Eastbourne then you need to complete a form to inform us of your change of circumstances. You can do this online:
- I am moving into Eastbourne from outside (i.e. from a different Council Tax area) - Complete the Occupation Form
- I am moving out of my current property in Eastbourne to a different property within Eastbourne - Complete the Vacation & Occupation Form
- I am moving out of Eastbourne altogether - Complete the Vacation Form
Working Out Your Bill
If you are moving into Eastbourne we can calculate your remaining Council Tax bill for the year or we can calculate your total bill for the year for a property you are vacating. You will need to know the Council Tax band of your property.
