Moving

If you are moving into Eastbourne, out of Eastbourne or within Eastbourne then you need to complete a form to inform us of your change of circumstances. You can do this online by selecting one of our three forms from the left.

• I am moving into Eastbourne from outside (i.e. from a different Council Tax area) - Occupation Form
• I am moving out of my current property in Eastbourne to a different property within Eastbourne - Vacation & Occupation Form
• I am moving out of Eastbourne altogether - Vacation Form

If you are moving into Eastbourne we can calculate your remaining Council Tax bill for the year or we can calculate your total bill for the year for a property you are vacating. You will need to know the Council Tax band of your property.
