The Forward Plan of Key Decisions is also an important guide to the strategic direction of the council.
Another plan for improvement which we help to deliver is the East Sussex Local Area Agreement. This is a contract between the East Sussex Authorities and Central Government. It sets out priorities and targets for the county as a whole.
The new Data Quality Strategy states our commitment to achieving and maintaining a robust standard of reliability and clarity of all our performance related information and contains an action plan with specific activities to be undertaken throughout the year to help us accomplish this.
