Scrutiny Road Show
Eastbourne Borough Council’s second Scrutiny Road Show will be held on 24 September 2010, in the Arndale Centre, Eastbourne.

The Scrutiny Committee agreed in July 2010 that they would like to hold a series of mini ‘road shows’ in the Arndale Centre, Eastbourne, as a way of further engaging with the residents of Eastbourne and promoting the work of its Scrutiny committee.
The first ‘road show’ display will last around four hours and will be staffed by members of the Scrutiny Committee and a council officer who will be able to answer any questions the public may have regarding the display.
The aim is to give residents the opportunity to be involved in the process and give a brief introduction to the Scrutiny function of the Council and to provide a sample of the Alcohol and Young People review carried out by a ‘task group’ in 2009.
