The Review Sub-Committee is responsible for carrying out a review of a decision by the Assessment Sub-Committee to take no further action on a complaint that a member may have breached the Code, where such a review is requested by the person making the complaint.
The Sub-Committee has 3 members which are selected from the Independent representatives and elected members of the Standards Committee. An Independent representative chairs the meeting.
Meetings of the Review Sub-Committee are held in private and are not open to the public.
