This group consists of four Members of the Council who are not on the pool of members for Planning Committee, plus advisors, with membership weighted to reflect political balance of the council.
The group advises the Planning Committee on planning applications in conservation areas where there is a material affect on the conservation area, and on applications affecting listed buildings.
