Changing your name on the Electoral Register
If you have changed your name, for example because you have recently married then you can apply to change your name during the registration process.
You can download a Change of Name Form below. Alternatively you can apply in writing to the Electoral Registration Officer. Please make sure you include your previous name and the address that you are registered at.
