If the Council refuses a request for re-use it will notify you of the reason for refusal in writing within 20 working days providing a detailed explanation of the reasons for its decision.
If the information is refused because the copyright of the document is owned by a third party the Council will identify the person who owns the relevant intellectual property rights, or the name of the person from whom the Council obtained the document in its response.
