All applicants are required to complete a Re-use of Public Sector Information Application Formand agree toaStandard License Agreement, which has been designed to meet the requirements of a valid request.
Hardcopies of the documents are also available from the Council’s Information Officers.
The regulations clearly indicate that a valid request for re-use must:
- be in writing;
- state the applicant’s name;
- provide a valid address for correspondence;
- specify the document(s) requested; and
- state the purpose for which the document is to be re-used.
