The Council, in accordance with Section 10 of the Freedom of Information Act (2000), will reply to your request as soon as possible and no more than 20 days after receiving your request.
Exceptions to this 20 day deadline might occur if: -
- A Fee Notice is issued
- A time extension is required to consider the Public Interest Test
