The Council, in accordance with the Environmental Information Regulations (2004), will reply to your request as soon as possible and no more than 20 days after receiving your request.
A time extension may be made for up to 40 working days if the Council believes that the complexity and volume of information requested means that it is impractical to respond to or refuse your request within 20 working days.
Where a time extension is required the Council will let you know as soon as possible and certainly no later than 20 working days after the day we receive your request.
