The Regulations state that a reasonable charge may be made for the supply of environmental information.
No charge may be made for environmental information held in registers or lists, or for viewing the information at our offices.
There is no 'appropriate limit' to the cost of providing environmental information. Current charges for environmental information held by the Council will be detailed in the Publication Scheme.
