When you request personal data from us (called Subject Access Requests) the council charges a statutory fee of £10, which is set by central Government.
The council’s Publication Scheme includes details of other charges that may relate to specific information you ask for.
We will tell you whether any extra charges apply before we provide the personal data to you.
Please enclose a cheque for the correct amount made payable to Eastbourne Borough Council. Your payment should be sent in with a completed application form, or with your written request and any supporting proof of identity.
If you are sending your form by email or have completed a form online, please send your fee to our offices at the Town Hall, Grove Road.
Please note that we can not begin processing your request until payment has been received.
