If you are not happy with our response to your Subject Access Request or any decision about the processing of your personal data, you may complain to the Information Commissioner.
You can also complain to the Information Commissioner if you think that the council has breached any of the requirements of The Data Protection Act (1998).
These include a breach of any of the Data Protection Principles. For example:

Processing data without having notified the Commissioner;

Failing to respond to any of your written notices;

Processing data without your consent (where consent is necessary);

Refusing to provide you with the Personal Data you have requested.
