Performance Plans

Every year the Council produces a Performance Plan.  The plan tells you how we are performing in relation to a range of Performance Indicators.

It also shows the overall performance of the Council and how we compare with other councils across the country. 

We also use the Plan to set out how Council activity is geared towards delivering our part of the Eastbourne Community Strategy priorities.

The Audit Commission checks our Plans and performance indicators and sets them within a national context - more information is available at the Audit Commission website.
