Council Performance

Managing our performance is key to ensuring that we provide the best quality service we can whilst maintaining value for money.

Our annual performance is measured using a set of performance indicators (PIs) and is published in our annual Performance Plan.

In March 2004, eastbourne Borough Council was officially rated as "Good" in our first Comprehensive Performance Assessment (CPA) on a scale of excellent, good, fair, weak and poor.  A copy of the assessment report and a summary version can be found below.
