If you would llike to invite the Mayor to attend your event, please download and complete the Mayoral Engagement Form below. Please give as much detail on the form as possible.
At least 14 days notice is required for all engagements, and it is worth noting that the Mayor's diary can get booked up months in advance.
You may also wish to know how to greet, introduce, toast and refer to the Mayor at your event. These matters of protocol are all dealt with in the document 'Looking after the Mayor'.
