Asset management raises awareness of the Council's land and building assets and the level of commitment to ensure they are used, maintained and developed to provide:

• best value for money when providing staff accommodation, or

• being used to provide Council services

Our overall objective is to ensure that all property resources make maximum contribution to the aims and policies supporting the Corporate Plan.
