Visiting Council Offices

The council's offices are in more than one building but our main point of contact for all public enquiries and deliveries is the Customer Contact Centre:

You can check which borough or district council looks after the area you live in by:

  • Customer Contact Centre. 1 Grove Road, Eastbourne, East Sussex, BN21 4TW. Google Map
    Opening Times from 2nd April 2013: 9am until 5pm from Monday to Friday.

    Note: Visits to the Planning Office are now by appointment only.

  • Town Hall for council meetings. Grove Road, Eastbourne, East Sussex, BN21 4UG. Google Map
    Opening Times: 9am until 5pm from Monday to Friday, except Wednesdays when offices open at 9.30am

All deliveries are received at the Goods-In door at the side entrance (alley) of our Customer Contact Centre at 1 Grove Road, Eastbourne, East Sussex, BN21 4TW. Google Map

Response Times

Our Customer Charter says we aim to respond to your letters within 10 working days and answer your telephone calls within 20 seconds.
