Meeting Rooms
Interview Rooms
We have interview rooms which provide privacy when speaking to us. These rooms are used by all departments on confidential matters.
We also have a room available that allows buggy and wheelchair access.
Hearing Loop
A hearing loop system is available at our initial reception desk. It is also available in the interview rooms on request.
All customer telephones in the self-help area are fitted with inductive couplers to be compatible with hearing aids.
Translation Service
We can provide a translation service which offers translation facilities for over 90 languages.
Low Counter
We have one low counter to facilitate wheelchairs or seating for customers with standing difficulties.
Play Area
We have a children's play area which includes a nice selection of children's books. These have been donated by the library as part of their 'Encouraging children to read' programme.
Customer Toilet
There is a customer toilet with baby changing facilities in the contact centre.
